Is ovulation day considered the day after your peak ?

A positive is a peak, it’s a surge in LH. If you are going off opks alone is still going to be a prediction. Ovulation can occur 12-72+ hours after a surge, while a surge doesn’t determine, confirm nor guarantee ovulation will occur. When just doing opks, generally day of positive opk is “peak day” then next “ovulation day” and the following “1DP0” That’s going off prediction of ovulation occurring 12-24 hours. Again, just a prediction still. I would recommend trying temping (BBT) so you can truly confirm ovulation day.
