TTC for just over 2 years HSG last month are these positive?

As the title suggests, I have been TTC for just over 2 years.

I have PCOS and had a HSG last month which revealed a blocked tube.

I am 13dpo today and yesterday evening I did a test which showed only the control line.

Then I tested this morning with first morning urine and I could see a very faint 2nd line.

Then I went downstairs for breakfast and saw the one from last night also had a very faint line on it.

What do you reckon?
