Wtf is happening

This from a few days ago and I swear I see a vvvvfl that was pink in person. It popped up within the time frame. Re tested 1-2 days ago and they are both negative🙃 idk what’s happening. I have no bleeding. Just cramping off and on. I have no clue how many DPO I am. My last period wasn’t really a period (withdraw bleed 11 april) any comments are appreciated!🫶🏼
