Good sign HCG is rising?

I cant get my hcg drawn my doctor refjses till 8-12 weeks along i go in for an ultrasound Tuesday im 4-5 weeks along took a clear blue at 12 dpo top and this mornkng at 14 dpo AF due today is it suppose to jump this quickly! Got my first positive 9 dpo :D
