What is this?

Hello so my bf came inside on may 1st, I didn't take a plan b pill, and this night I suddenly got heavy pain for like 2 or three hours, more like a pain in my left ovary, I usually get these when I ovulate but now I m so scared. Is there any chance I could be pregnant? Now I also noticed a white-pinkish discharge like a very very very light pink, I got this like once or twice in my life when I was ovulating. I m so scared right now, I know I should have been more careful but please help me out with some advice :( 🙏😭excuse my english
