9 week loss

Went for my 8 week ultrasound and saw heartbeat with a rate of 173, movement of head, crl was 18mm and gestational sac size was 23mm, they called me after leaving the office and requested a follow up ultrasound the following week.

Went for that one this past Thursday and there was no heartbeat and baby had stopped growing. Scheduled for d&c Friday.

I had a missed miscarriage last July and also had to have a d&c, it was sad and took a few months to want to try again, but this time is different. This is my 3rd and mine and my fiance's 2nd miscarriage. I do have a living child from my previous relationship. Gyno is suggesting that we see a reproductive endocrinologist to do testing, I have already gone through fertility specialist and testing because after my last miscarriage I wasn't ovulating. But with the pain and toll this is taking on my mental health I'm not sure I want to try again, but he does. And I do want a baby with him. I'm just so scared of another loss. It's still fresh, so maybe after sometime I will feel better, but it just hurts so much.
