Bleeding during Ovulation

I had a miscarriage the first week of April, I was only 5 weeks pregnant. I have been tracking my cycle and I had a normal period exactly 4 weeks later. I have been testing my LH and got a positive yesterday. I had unprotected sex that same day. Today I woke up and when I wiped after going the bathroom there was red (almost like the very early signs of a period starting). I’m also feeling a little bit of cramping. What could this be? Another period starting even after a positive LH test? Thanks for any advice!
