First iui

So! I am on CD17( may 17), i am 2 days past my ovidrel trigger. (CD12 scanned folicles that were growing). Now i am 1 day past iui and suspected ovulation. (I have 0 way of knowing if i ovulated on ovidrel because its making every test positive. The only thing that makes me feel like i did ovulate is weird pulling sensations around ovary area, maybe one or 2 light cramps, no spotting. Other than that i will say yesterday (the 16th 48 hrs after trigger) i have jelly-stretchy cm, now im having this thicker tacky cm. It feel wet but also globby? Idk what it can tell me if anything. Feel so alone.
