Hello ladies and gentlemen.
I was wondering from your experience, what can make a man feel insecure? My ex was very insecure and I honestly never understood why. The person I’m currently talking to seems a bit insecure and I also haven’t figured out why but maybe because I haven’t met him in person yet?

Insecurity can come from negative past experiences. Like bad experiences in past relationships like cheating or a toxic relationship. Or from childhood like an overly critical parent or bullying or something. It’s not always caused by other people either, some people are just inherently insecure and have low self esteem
