White on tonsils

Hi, I’m very sick right now, my symptoms are: headache, eye pain, a little congested, super tired (been sleeping on and off for 24 hours), sore throat, hard to swallow, all over body pain (this one is probably bc of the sleeping and ehlers danlos)

Not sure is I should go to urgent care, or continue to wait it out

So 2 days ago (Sunday) I went to urgent care, my throat got worse (a lot more white) and I’m still sick, covid, strep, and flu all came back negative, so no one knows what’s wrong with me 🫠
