What is going on

I had a D&C on April 14th at 13 weeks, bled until the following Wednesday and nothing since then. Wednesday evening I thought I was starting my period, I had very very light bleeding but some pretty heavy cramps for about an hour, woke up yesterday morning and have had zero blood, not even tinged when wiping, since then, not even after sex last night. So clearly that wasn’t a period, could it be implantation of a new pregnancy? My only confusion is people say you only have light cramping with implantation, and I had very bad cramps that had me almost in tears and had a heating pad for about an hour that evening. Any advice/experience appreciated
