Getting pregnant after miscarriage

Does anyone have any advice on getting pregnant after MC? I just found out I was pregnant from my third round of letrozole on 5/19 and had a MC on 05/28. I want to try again in a couple of months but I don’t want to end up having another MC. To add I also have insulin resistant PCOS
