My husband is opposed to using a midwife. We agreed we don't want a home birth so that was good but I mentioned the idea of a water birth and he didn't like that either. He wants us to just do it the typical/average way: in a hospital, with an OB, and an epidural. I'm so annoyed because I want him to be apart of this process but truth be told, I really just want him to say ok to whatever I want. How do I include him and allow him to have a say in any of this when he's so opposed to what I want to look into? (Mind you, I haven't even made up my mind completely yet but I'm on my way there!) I want a midwife with me in the hospital/birthing center.
