Anyone ever get the horrible cold/achey feeling in Lower back whilst on their period? I got this pain all day today I'm 31+2, all day whenever I've tried to have a vowel movement this pain worsens :/ I'm not constipated but getting the feeling to go... And Alls I get is the pain.. I'm high risk for preterm labour, I've been 100% effaced since 27 weeks... Anyone any idea :/ ??
