I had 2 miscarriages in 2015 one in may and one in June both were lost at about 5 weeks. I had the repeated loss panel done and my results said I was ANA positive. The maternal fetal medicine specialist I spook with said a positive ANA it's self doesn't mean much especially since I have no symptoms of anything he said he wouldn't worry about it. But it's still in the back of my head. I am currently 9w and scared to death to lose this baby. My lupus anticoagulant was negative I just don't know if I should be positive about this pregnancy or scared
