Fertile Window Jitters

Does anyone else get nervous when Glow says it's Baby Dance time? This will be cycle #10 for trying and I automatically get flutters in my tummy when my Fertile Window starts. I think I'm nervous that I'm going to do something that can affect our ability to conceive... :(
