Can being really stressed out cause you to bleed or spot? I've been stressed out for quite awhile and I'm 33 weeks. Last night I had red blood on my panties. The next day it turned like a brown color and is slowly going away. What does this mean? My nurse said to go to the hospital just in case but I can't really afford a visit just for them to tell me I'm stressed. My baby is still moving and seems fine. I worry alot and I just want to ease my mind a little.
