Heartbeat at 6wks

Hi ladies,

So I had my first US Friday and it dated me as expected, 6wks 1 day on Friday. Heart rate was 114bpm...everything was considered normal for 6wks gestation. However, my OB called saying she would just like me to have another repeat US in 7 days (so a little over 7wks) just to see the heart rate a little higher. I was told if over 100bpm at 6wks was good :( now I am a nervous Nelly! Anyone heard of this? Thanks!
