Is it just me or does anyone else not know how to check their cervical position? I have no idea what I'm feeling for down there lol like I guess I don't knOw what this is supposed to feel like. .

I'm having the same problem , you can look on YouTube but the feeling still never helps

I just check mines twice daily if you do this you will start to feel the changes like from hard to soft open to close.
