Scared

I was assaulted in June.

I positively identified my assailant earlier this morning and the detectives are now getting warrants for his arrest.

He is being charged with Kidnapping, felonious restraint, sexual assault and battery....

I am so scared again. I am afraid he may come after me.

I went into a shock after this occured my story still doesn't make sense to me. Is that normal? If this goes to trial how could I make a judge understand if I don't understand?
