Ladies how do you find out what day you concieved on?

I am currently 4 weeks and 4 days and I was just trying to figure out when exactly did I concieve any advice

I think the only way to know is by knowing when you ovulated (OPK, temping, etc).

I was tracking LH and temp. I had peak LH late on 12/20 and temp spike in an on 12/22, so it's likely that I O'd and conceived on 12/21. I'm super regular too...22 day periods O on cd12 and that all lines up. The digi put me at 1-2 weeks on 12/31/15 so that also lines up.
