My first came at 29 weeks because of an incompetent cervix which wasn't caught. Anyone else have this? My doctors said I'll need shots this time and I'm hoping for a cerclage as well. I'm only 4 weeks and 4 days but was wondering if exercise was safe at this point? I was told I'll need bed rest at some point but I really don't want to put on a ton of weight. I've been walking but wasn't sure if that's entirely safe. I don't see a dr till 2/5
