Almost 6 weeks and no morning sickness ... help?

I have no real pregnancy symptoms and I'm afraid that something is wrong?  Anyone else not having any symptoms???

I don't have morning sickness, just nausea here and there, nothing too major. Plus I have a cough that just won't leave me the heck alone and I turned six weeks today too

Everyone's different. 
With my first I had 0 alerts that I was pregnant. 
Don't worry about it!! Unless you're bleeding cramping, anything like that, I think you should be good

At the beginning i only had a fever now I'm 4 weeks 5 days with no sickness nothing at all

I wouldn't worry, each pregnancy is different. With my son I had horrible ms and lost weight the first trimester, this time around no ms thus far and I'm glad!

I'm 6w 1day and I don't have many symptoms except I need to snack like every hour so I'll start feeling a little nauseous

With my first i was fine tested and tested all were neg one morning i woke up sick as a dog tested and it was so bright and i was testing every two to three days up till then and now with my second according to glow im 6w5d and so far had mild nausea come and go and found out i was pregnant at 3 weeks not all woman get sick my mom didnt get sick with my older sister but was with me and my sister had no sickness at all so maybe your the lucky few !

I have 4 weeks and 2 days and I have just cramps and heartburn no dizziness or nausea 👍

I had nothing until I hit 7wks, now I'm throwing up 2-3 times a day and have nausea a lot!
