Random question/thought for rh- moms

So I plan on talking to my Dr about this when we get the results of my quad screening at my next appt but I thought I'd ask you guys before hand since it's still a few weeks away... Well I found out that my blood type is o- and that I will end up needing to take the rhogam shot during and after my pregnancy well it just popped into my head since I recently took the quad screen blood test that it is a possibility that my Dr suggests an amnio and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a higher risk for me and/or the baby with me being rh-?
