Spinning during pregnancy
So I am a spinning instructor. I am nervous because I just taught a spin class and I'm just about 5 weeks the doctor said its fine as long as I watch my heart rate and breathing. Does anyone have advice on spinning while pregnant? I feel like a crazy person.
