What time do you take your prenatal vitamin at?

I took my vitamin at night one time and I could not fall asleep no matter how hard I tried.

I take garden of life raw prenatals, which I take 3 times a day. It has raw iron in it, which is easy on my stomach and actually gets absorbed into my system (iron should be taken steadily throughout the day, not all at once), so I feel energetic...ish.

I had lie iron with my lady pregnancy and my midwife told me to check my vitamins to see if there was iron in them...there wasn't!! Iron is what usually makes you feel sick after taking your prenatal, so some just leave it out. I couldn't believe it! Iron is so important! As soon as I switched over, I felt a lot better.

I took them all throughout my son's infancy too with the exception of the first 2 months. As soon as I started taking them my pumped breastmilk became SO much richer and darker. It was such an obvious difference!

I took the gummy prenatals for a month just to see how it would effect my milk and it went back to thinner, lighter milk. All that to say, I LOVE my vitamins and HIGHLY recommend them especially if you are having problems taking another kind.
