Breast pain, could I be pregnant?

So, my breasts usually hurt before I start my period and I'm about 5 days away but they have been hurting much worse than normal. It hurts to just brush up against them and they have been hurting for longer than normal. My husband I have been ttc for about 4 months now. I know breast pain is an early symptom of pregnancy but I'm afraid to give myself false hope. Anyone have any thoughts?
