HPV..?

Does anyone have HPV? I read that it is very common. I'm just really scared and I want to know that I'm not alone :(

I've had HPV before. But my most recent gyno visit/pap was negative.

I was upset when I first found out, but after research I realized there's nothing you can really do to protect yourself. Condoms don't protect against HPV. You can contract through kissing.

Most strains are harmless - but just make sure you regularly see your gyno to make sure that nothing changes.

Yes I found out after I had ny first daughter then had cancerous cells an had surgery and they told me there was a 99% I would not have more babies I had 2 more an trying for my 4th and finale baby now! Good luck.. I also delivered all 3 of my girls by c-section...

I have HPV. I found out about a year ago. I was shocked at first, but looked it up and it's extremely common. Like 1 in 4 or something. It can even be passed through birth. I haven't noticed any change in my life, just as I went 21 years not knowing I had it. Just make sure you get your paps done and you'll be good.

Nothing to worry about, I found out during an exam 6 years ago I had it. 1 in 3 women do! Most strains are not harmful and usually clear up through your own immune system. I've had one year of completely normal Pap tests. Be sure to take care of yourself and stay healthy - give your body a chance to do its job and clear it up! The most important thing you can do is stay on top of it and be sure to have an exam with your gyno every 6 months to keep an eye on it. I hope that helps!
