SPD or Pelvic Girdle Pain
Is anybody else suffering with this? I'm 20+3 and the day I hit 20 I won't up and literally struggled to walk, went to A&E and they diagnosed it. Told me it was only going to get worse, I will end up in crutches or even in a wheelchair by the end. Any tips on how to ease pain? Xx
