Better chance of concieving if woman have orgasm first?

I read on baby center if the woman has an orgasm before a guy cums then the chances of BFP is higher. Is that true? Sometimes I'm not in the mood and I put lube on and let DF do his business...I wonder if that's why I haven't gotten pregnant yet.

I was told to orgasm after because the pulsating muscle will help get the sperm up the canal better

I read that too. Around ovulation he decided to just deal with himself I went into a strop for over a week because he argued with me  over it. 
Besides it's no fun feeling like a spunk bucket :/ you're entitled to get off too :)
