Morning sickness???

I'm only 4 weeks and 5 days but I keep feeling almost like this nervous nauseous feeling almost all day.. I tried to convince myself it was nerves but it lasted so long and I don't really feel anxious.. Is this what morning sickness is supposed to feel like? If so.. Wow that's terrible.
