Messed up cycle?

I miscarried on Halloween of 2015 at 5wks. I had my period on Dec 05-09,2015. After my period was done we decided to do BD during Christmas week. Anyways, I'm confused with my cycle. The app said I was supposed to get it on Jan 11,2016. I've been cramping since then. As if AF would show up but still no AF?Also I feel sick in my stomach and dizziness. I feel hungry and thn not hungry. I took a pregnancy test last night it was BFN but today when I went to pee as I was wiping I seen white sticky cm like school glue.

Will my cycle be messed up because of my miscarriage back in October 31,2015??
