Strange urine test!!!

I am 18 weeks and so far EVERY urine test I have had except for one has been a little strange. I have had +1 protein, leukocytes, bilirubin and +1 ketones in every single sample. I figured the ketones were from bad morning sickness but they are still there since i have started eating better. I have no explanation for the protein but it makes me nervous seeing as my previous pregnancy ended in pre eclampsia. No idea why I would have leukocytes but not be tested for infection and have no idea why billiruben is there. They had me do the glucose test yesterday which I feel is early. So maybe it could all be related to gestational diabetes? I just am horrified seeing this results come back not in normal ranges, but the doctor hasn't said a single thing. Is it not concerning? I'm so worried!
