How to make sure baby is awake for Ultrasound

So at my 12 week ultrasound I think the baby was sleeping. The baby wasn't in a great spot for the NT test but the tech couldn't get the baby to move. How I can I make sure baby is awake for the 20 week anatomy scan? I want to see the baby moving lol.
