Changes at 30s?

Have your cycle, period, symptoms, changed on your thirties?

Not so much my cycles, however the food I normally ate was starting to not agree with me a month or so after I turned 30. Getting bad breath from certain foods that never gave me bad breath, flatulence and constipation, nausea... (I know TMI) all before I got pregnant.  Now almost 31 and I'm told to cut down starches, sodium and sugar. It's different but if I must.

Mine definitely have. I had never experienced breast tenderness after ovulation before this last year. I'm almost 32.

My period cramps and emotional symptoms got way worse. But I talked to the gyn about it and she said it was likely unrelated to age. 😒

Yes my period is always late sometimes I don't ovulate and I have oms mood swings horrible. Nothing like when I was younger I'm 34.

I was on the merina for most of my 20's. Before I had my first one my periods were very heavy and painful. I had my second one removed at the age of 30. Since then my periods are so light and not as painful. My doctor said it could be from having kids or age.

Just after I left the pill at 31. Period became really painful :(
