What about her roommate that waited something like 4 days to report her missing. They didn't even question him.

Oh for goodness sake, of course he's guilty. All these armchair detectives, watching a TV show, thinking they know all the facts and right from wrong, make me laugh!He's guilty, as is his nephew and they are in poison where they belong.

Granted , there was evidence left out of the documentary BUT regardless, there wasn't enough evidence to convict him beyond a reasonable doubt . 7 jurors went in there saying he was innocent . 7!!!!! What happened!??

Honestly for me it comes down to the fact that they searched so many times and never found a drop of her blood in his home or garage. The story the prosecution tried to present doesn't hold any water against that.

And I know they tried to say he had a few days to clean up. But we all saw the state of things there. No way you get all the blood totally cleaned up off of that kind of mess and clutter. While still leaving your own DNA and deer blood. It's just not possible. They took the floor apart looking for it for goodness sake and found nothing. The only place they found her blood was her car. Which they would have no reason to use if they killed and burned her all right there. It simply doesn't add up.

And the poor nephew. He clearly had no idea what was going to happen and they fed him so many details it's not even funny. He was guessing and changing his story every time they asked. That was just sad to watch.

I felt like he was innocent, but at the same time there is some evidence against Avery that the documentary leaves out. It still doesn't really convince me that he did it, but it's enough to make me second guess it a little.

Why didn't they have him take a lie detector test? Or at least his poor nephew, I think that would've helped him a lot. He

We are halfway through. I think there are definitely a ton of issues with the local police and evidential issues. I think what is happening with his nephew is really sad. Not a smart kid and totally lost. We are going to finish the documentary and see. I think it's very likely the police planted evidence. Who killed the girl? I really can't say. Lots of fishy stuff, leads unfollowed, and strange people involved. Looking forward to finishing it up
