7 weeks 2 days and have hard stomac

Hey ladies,
​I'm about 7weeks 2 days and noticed my right side of my stomac is rock hard, like a round ball... On and off today I had sharp pain in the same area.( No bleeding)
​Anyone else get this? Is it possible to have a hard stomach already?
