Do you sleep with tampons in?

I ask because it's an extreme fear of mine but pads always make such a mess :(

I usually sleep with them in because even with an overnight pad it seems to make a mess anyways! But I set an alarm in the night to change the tampon

I usually use the overnight pads you know the big and thick ones. I feel a lot more comfortable with that than having something shoved in there and worrying about when to take it out.

I have for years. I usually wake up to pee in the early morning so it's not in there forever. Pads are so uncomfortable I can't sleep in them.

I get one that's bigger than I normally use and it works for me. Just depends on how heavy your flow is.
