Ovarian cysts...

My SO had to take me to the ER today bc I was having severe pain. Right before we were about to leave I used the bathroom and a blood clot the size of a golf ball came out. I told the doc and he told me not to worry. While at the hospital it happened 2 more times. I had a cat scan and it showed multiple cysts on both ovaries. I'm not sure if the cysts have anything to do with the blood clots. Any help would be appreciated. I'm kinda freaking out.
