Pregnancy

Hey y'all! I'm Bella I'm 19years old. My husband is Anthony and he's 20 and in the military. Sooo let's cut to the point now, so last night my husband said lets make a baby, normally he's joking but he was serious, we don't have any kids just a dog an a cat. Anyways I don't know who to turn to (can't with family as they will hound me and want me to wait) but I don't know how to start with trying to conceive. Is there any advice you guys could give me? Or is it just a when it happens it happens type thing!! Thanks guys!! ❤️
