Hard time trying to get attached to baby

I'm a nervous wreck right now.....I miscarry at 11 weeks and on Wed is my second appointment at 11 weeks.....what if I go in and the baby is not breathing or growing....I can't get this feeling to go away....I have no attachment to this baby at all....I think it is because I was so heartbroken last time that I want nothing to attach me to this baby....what if this feeling didn't go away....
