Tubal ligation in 2011. Irregular periods started in December 2015

I had a tubal ligation after my 3rd child. I've never had abnormal periods always started on the first of every month. Never lasted longer than 4-7 days. But in December on the 21st I started my period early which is unusual. Lasted about a week. Then I started again on January 1st lasted about a week. And now I've started again on the 16th. Anyone else have this issue? I've been super bloated. Horrible cramping. Awful awful awful acne. Boob tenderness. Cravings. Swelling in my legs and feet. This doesn't ever happen usually I just cramp and bloat a little. I've never had acne like this before. Any suggestions on what's going on? Or anyone else have this issue?
