Boyfriend insulted me???

So I'm a small girl, my boobs are in proportion to my body (they aren't tiny but are a size B or C) my boy and I were talking last night and I asked him what he would change about me if he could. He said he would make them bigger, without even hesitating, like I know they're small. But I'm really insecure about it and now I'm kinda afraid to take my shirt off in front of him. Like yeah that sounds stupid but I dunno.. Am I over reacting???
