Misscarriage???????????????

Hi ladies i need some help please. How do you know if you had a misscarriage or even the symptoms if any to look out for? Please let me know. Thank you in advance

That's one reason we shouldn't test early because if we didn't we wouldn't even know we had a chemical because the bleeding from a miscarriage is our period. But if its not a chemical, usually you'll get a BFP but then bleeding, cramps, or a ultrasound that shows no baby or sac. There might me a few more symptoms also.

Extreme lower back pain and strong period like cramps. Sometime heavy bleeding unlike the normal period one.
