Any heartburn remedies?

Okay girls. Let's hear some heartburn remedies! I would prefer not to take medication (unless it gets unbearably painful) so natural remedies would be awesome!

I'm just starting to get faint heartburn after meals. Would like to nip it in the bud!

A sip of apple cider vinegar. Burns going down but clears up the heartburn quickly.

Avoid trigger foods and elevate head at night. I like Tums, though there are limits on how many you should take while pregnant. I've tried apple cider vinegar, and it does work.

A spoon full of baking soda mixed in a 8oz cup of water does wonders for me! Doesn't taste great, but u can dilute it to your taste if u prefer.

Milk...  Cold milk helps a lot...  Even custard is good.
