I'm 15 my boyfriend is 18. Because he's 18 and I'm 15 there are causes to us dating like he could be arrested or I'll be token away. It's only a three years differences. Should this really be an issue?..

I could be wrong but I'm in the same position and I don't think if he's forcing you to do anything it shouldn't be a problem.

It really is an issue. Sorry to say. Doesn't matter if things are consensual or not. He can still go to jail for statutory rape if any one presses charges against him. By boyfriends ex was 16 when he was 19 and he had to go to court and pay a 10,000 bond to stay out of jail. He almost had to register as a sex offender to.

Only if your having sex. That's when things get iffy but if you were dating before he was 18 you should be ok. It also depends on when you will be 16

Okay, nothing wrong with it in my book.. But I'm just saying, please don't take offense but make sure you can spell fluently before dating. I'm not being mean, I'm just saying it before someone else comes on here really harsh and hurts your feelings
