How often is the ultrasound wrong?

24 weeks with twins. Got told at my 20 week scan it was two girls, and she's fairly confident in that (saw the three lines and everything). We have a private scan next week and I'm nervous that theyll say there's at least one boy! I'm not bothered as long as they're healthy but has anyone had this issue?

If they saw the 3 lines I would be pretty confident. If it was more like a we don't see boy parts, but don't see the 3 lines either I would be a little more nervous.  At 15 wks I saw a specialist and she saw 3 lines on baby b and said she was confident it was a girl. She said she was fairly certain baby a was a girl as well but couldn't see the 3 lines for sure. We went to a 4d ultrasound  and they were both girls (16 wks). We then had a few more ultrasounds and I was worried at some point they would say there's a boy. But they are still girls. Lol.

At that many weeks and especially at the anatomy scan o would feel very confident

With my 2nd pregnancy the tech said "I never say unless I'm certain, I thought I saw before but had to make sure. 95% sure you are having a girl."

Surprise baby boy at delivery! It actually isnt common that they get it wrong, but it does happen.

I'd say if she saw the three lines then the chances are slim that either one of them is a boy but I'm not Doctor. Haha.
