Maybe my period?

I'm 7 weeks PP tomorrow and stopped bleeding around 3 weeks PP. As of Tuesday last week I started taking the Nora B birth control. My SO and I had sex Saturday (2nd time since being cleared at 6 weeks) the first time didn't hurt at all but the second time was slightly painful. I started spotting a bit earlier in the day and then started bleeding with slight cramping the next day. I'm not sure if the bleeding was from the sex, the pill or my period. It wasn't like any period I've had before but I'm not sure if that's because the pill or pregnancy/cold birth changed me. I'm so confused! There's too many changes happening all at once for me to know!
