Ovary pain AFTER ovulation?

Question

Did anyone experience this before their BFP? I ovulated on 1/10 or 1/11, and have been experiencing throbbing and aching soreness in my right ovary since. It's comes and goes through out the day and has calmed down a bit in its intensity today, but I've never felt anything like this before. Thanks for your thoughts and input! I'm on CD 18.

Sounds like follicular ovarian cysts, they form during ovulation and go away on their own after the egg has released. They hurt for some people.

You might have ovulated from your right ovary. My OB said I might feel some pain on that side for the first few weeks because that's where you'll be producing progesterone until the placenta takes over.

not everyone is the same but I had that problem before getting pregnant for about 6 years and it was ovarian cysts causing it. (normal tho) but mention it to your dr there's other reasons for pains like that but only a dr can tell.
