Prenatal vitamins? Nutrition help.

I was wondering what the best prescribed prenatal vitamin is. My doctor has prescribed a pretty generic brand. Is there one that has whole foods or plant based? That is prescription. Preferably covered by humana..  I don't want to miss out on any nutrition! What types are you using?

I'm taking Prenatal One by Rainbow Light. They're plant based and vegan. They haven't made me sick or upset my stomach even once. I'm not sure if they'reavailable by prescription but I would definitely recommend the brand.

I use prenate mini and I love them. I've heard other ladies talk about how they get sick from their prenatals and I have never once gotten sick. They are soft gels so they are easier to digest.

My doctor prescribed me Vitafol+OB+DHA and I love the way it makes me feel.

They're pretty much all the same. You end up excreting most of it in your urine anyway. The body only needs so much of each vitamin and mineral. Kidneys take care of most of the rest.
